If, having followed the instructions completely, you find dissatisfaction in TubSafe®, you have five days upon receipt of treatment to return the used kit to Stop Slipping® along with detailed information for your displeasure in the treatment.  The purchase price (less s/h) will be refunded.  It is the company’s policy to make sure TubSafe® customers are completely satisfied and remain confident that when applied to the specified surfaces (porcelain, enamel and ceramic) TubSafe® will meet your desired results.  You have the Stop Slipping word on it.
